After completing my business and marketing degree, I joined one of New Zealand’s most prestigious banks. As I worked my way up from a Teller to the Head of Lending in my inner city branch, the importance of customer service and a positive attitude became ingrained. I then moved into a Business Analyst role in an IT department for a big telecommunications company in New Zealand. Well, it was ‘big’ by New Zealand standards.

After many years in various IT departments, gathering user requirements, documenting the ‘inputs – processes – outputs’, and training users through to managers, I found myself working with SAP R/3. Subsequently, I completed my training and became an SAP Functional Consultant for Ernst and Young New Zealand.
